WILLMAR, Minn. - A 50-year-old man who told authorities he was fed up with teens toilet-papering his house decided to defend his property — with a squirt gun filled with fox urine.
Now, Scott Wagar is in trouble with the law.
Wagar pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in Kandiyohi County District Court to misdemeanor assault and other charges. He was released on personal recognizance.

According to police, Wagar was on his property Sept. 16 when he used night vision goggles to see 15-20 people running toward his place. He told police that he told them to leave, swore at them and sprayed them with the fox urine. He also allegedly struggled with one of the teens.
A phone message left at a home listing for a Scott Wagar was not immediately returned to The Associated Press.

Good for him, I mean, as stupid as it is to charge him, on the same note can't the teens be charged? Tresspassing, vandalism, destruction/defacement of property? I know it all sounds extreme, and I'm not for it, but if your gonna pull a prank, you gotta live with the possibility that someones not gonna take it lightly, I mean, sprayed with ****, c'mon....really?.........

my thoughts EXACTLY. skunk spray always makes the point CLEAR. an you gon KNOW who done vandalized your place too, just smell em, bout a week later you'll still know I bet.

Maybe he should invest in an electric cattle fence... they grab onto it and they will need the toilet paper.

 

eh if it's residential i don't see that looking any good.. plus a squirt gun and fox **** is probably cheaper. I bet he'll get off of the charges at least.
