does anyone on here work as a skip tracer or worked as one before ?

sorry i shouldve clarified , for auto loans . im hopefully gonna be starting a job working for a top ranked compmany here in cali as a skip tracer. so when you default on your auto loan and you hide from the bank and repo it my job to track you down. we handle clients nationwide and have our own in house repo company too.

i was just curious if anyone had done this line of work before cause i never thought about doing this the job kinda just made it self available to me and im curious about it

be careful is all i gotta say, people get pretty ticked off about people coming in yards looking for stuff. About 3 years ago there was a guy shot somewhere around here. He was a repo man and came to take away this dudes car, dude thought he was stealing it (which technically you are) and shot him dead, grand jury returned a no bill. In Texas if the guy comes out and tells you to stop and your not hooked up yet you have to leave.

i wouldnt be working in the field.. purely in the office and im not responsible for collecting any money or property. all i have to do is find your *** lol
