Gladly signed! We're trying to get the same thing done up here in BC man. I lived in Olympia for four years and have friends and family in the area (Olympia, Chehalis, Tenino), so in a way this applies to myself as well.

It's either been legal or just accepted in California for a long while, I do know they recently updated the laws in regarding to filtering though. The wording in the bill is a bit grey though.
