Lol you don't remember when the site was bombarded with xxx links earlier this year or late last year. I know i wasn't the only one to see them, these spam posts are happening about the same way.... Multiple posts to links for supposed medicine discounts. But the last time it was a first time poster who did it, they didn't have any posts other than the xxx ones.
