When I got hit by a drunk driver it totalled my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. So last October I was doing a search on EDMUNDS.com and did a side by side comparison of the new Tacoma vs Honda Ridgeline. There are some many more standard and safety features that the Honda Ridgeline has over the Toyota. So I bought that truck. That Ridgeline gets great gas mileage for me. Plus I can put my CBR1000rr and my friends R-1 in the back with no problems to go to the track. If you are going to get a truck I would go with the Ridgeline. Best bang for your buck.

Hey TEN, BTW, that's a nice a** truck! What all do you have done to it?IDK about the F-450 anymore, I may just end up getting like an '03 or so F-250SD 4X4 w/Powerstroke, 6spd...and then I'd throw like an 6" suspensionlift on it plus a 2"-3" body lift, some 35" Boggers, ahhhhh...anyways, everyone is different in his/her own way. Some people enjoy cars, because of the tight cornering, etc., and some people, like me, love trucks, love to go mudding and trail riding and hauling bikes, firewood, whatever it may be, you can have just as much fun if not more fun with a truck than you would with a car. Yeah, I've heard of the newer Dodge's having tranny problems, etc, although I'm a Ford fan, I'd take an 05-07 2500HD 4X4, 6spd, w/Cummins, etc. in a heartbeat!

Thanks! It's a 04 2500 HD 6.0. I put a 6" lift on it with 18" incubus rims with 35X12.5 Toyo Open country tires. Its been moded with a cold air induction kit, a throttlebody spacer and Superchips reprogrammer...performance. It' moves along pretty good, but the MPG sure takes a hit. It's fun though...I like it. Here is a closer pic.
