Antisieze is just what the name implies. You dont put it on regular nuts/bolts you want to keep tight.

yea i used pb blaster and tried the turn once, back once, turn 2x back 2x...but no go...
the new one came with antiseize on it already...i don't know if the car came from the factory with it or not though.
whatever, instead of loctite, i'm going antiseize on everything now...HAHAHHAHA

You'd be amazed at how many people use the wrong compound on the wrong parts. I remember working at the lumber yard and a guy went up to my friend and ask where the silicone tubes were. The guy wanted to use door/window silicone for the heads on a 350 block! My friend and I are car guys but in different catagory but we know not to use that and he tried and tried to talk him out of it. "Ah hell, it'll work."
