I'm thinking that if you do paint the wheels white, you could accent them with a red stripe around the bubbled edge. I think this looks best. But you would HAVE to color match the wheels to the pearled paint on the bike, or it'll look awkward (and for future photoshop requests......CLEAN YOUR FREAKING WHEELS!
