Woman gets no jail time in death of Lebanon motorcyclist

Cause: She was lost and getting directions on her cellphone from her hubby

 

No **** Kuro, 90 suspended a tiny fine and community service ---- what a load of
BS alright......... she must have had connections !

 

Reeks of a ****ing plea bargain. DA had to be a n00bles that either charged her too high (2nd degree murder) or doesn't know you don't plea out vehicular manslaughter.

 

That's really messed up...shoulda gotten jail time or a bigger fine....bet you she still will use a cell phone while driving when she is lost and too stupid to stop and ask for directions before turning infront of someone.

 

I think everyone should email the reporter and voice their disgust with the sentence. I am as soon as I can find the worlds that won't flip out obscenity filters

 

Wow. They really threw the book at her. Too bad the book they used was more like a three-page pamphlet. $750? Her negligence cost someone their life and she has to pay out a sum that I could come up with in a day.
