What do you have besides the bike?

You did mention he was stationed at a Military base. Hoperfully you have his name and the base administer can help you. Im sure the Military will frown upon this guys actions and make him clear it up (thats if he is in the military).

It would be nice to know someone it Tx that could go check it out. Some where in Mesquite. But, since neither one of us know anybody I think the next thing on his list of things to do is go down there to try and get some of this stuff straightened out, if the guy is even there. Like I was saying, he said he was in the military so he could have gotten stationed else where. I will keep you guys updated on this.

There's two mesquites in Texas. One by Dallas and one by lubbock.

Here's a list of military bases in texas.

Ya, your friend is pretty much screwed. He can file (in texas) that the owner is not coperating and they will give him a temp title I think.

Yes the military will frown on him if you can find out who's his higher ranked them him and in charge of him.

If he's in the milliatry he may work nights or just long *** hours. No defending him but military personal get some weird *** hours. But of course if you leave a message than there's no excuse.

If its the mesquite by lubbock I'd be the closest.
