Default Pirelli tires purchased by Chinachem

So Pirelli of Italy was purchased by Chinachem recently. Not sure what is going to be the outcome for Pirelli tires. I know the race spec tires are manufactured in Germany so don't think there's anything to worry about there. I am a bit concerned about the future of their street tires. Hopefully this Chinachem company doesn't go cheap and ruin one of the best tire brands in the world after this many years. Hopefully they just take over the reigns and continue to put out quality rubber. If anything im sure the Chinese can make or get the correct rubber cheaper so hopefully that's the route they go and maybe it will bring down tire costs. What are your thoughts about this?

"Chinachem" the buying company's name alone does not give a promising outlook. I see "cheap" low quality tires in the future from them.
