Hey dude -- hope you're feeling better. Some crashes it takes a couple days before the soreness really gets to ya -- don't ask how I know.

Looked at the pics and it doesn't look too bad. Mainly just left side damage. I think all you need for the shifter is the pedal assembly. If you find someone parting one out you might could get it cheap. The one on bikebandit is $75 for the shifter and the bracket runs $38

It looks like your alternator cover is cracked but I can't tell from the pics. Is it the left side cover? That's an $80 part but you might can find one on E-bay or an aftermarket cover.

I would suggest just being patient until you find some decent plastics to replace the scratched pieces -- those are outrageously expensive unless you can find somebody parting out a bike. Ya might want to take the front end apart and make sure there's no unseen damage to the forks/triple tree. While it's off you might can rig up a way to make it sit straight.

Dude, I got my stock foot peg and bracket -- been looking at the 954 bracket and they look very similar. Only difference I can tell is that the 954 has an extra piece that the foot peg mounts to -- the 1000 has the peg mounted directly to the bracket. Hole center on mine is 2 5/16"

hey thanks so much Chain, and yea i was on BikeBandit looking at all the parts, you def. seem right about the plastics and all. I also need to get the Stay that is under the upper fairing. Sorry for my delay in response, i have spent the last 30 hours at a paint shop with 3 friends preping, sanding and on and on and finally painting his turbo gsr. How much for that bracket? and do you think ti will work out?

Dude the bracket is free if ya can use it. Measure the mounting holes and make sure the center distance is 2 5/16" . All I ask is if it'll work on your bike you pay shipping.

Sorry about your tough luck and I am glad that you came out with only minor ordeals. Anyways, keep chucking at it. I would at least get the essential parts that you need. You can always fix your plastic as long as its not to to bad without buying a new one. (unless your wanting a new flawless piece). But get your shifter first, then worry about the plastics. Good Luck!!
