There's an unwritten rule in SA -
Sitting on another man's bike, or touching it, is like doing the same to his wife..........
You'll be lucky if all you get is a punch in the head.
Here, you ALWAYS ask a man if you can touch his bike, in any manner.
Family need to be told in no uncertain manner that it's RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE.
Unplug anything or touch my bike at your peril...........................

So following the logical path...

If you give the okay for someone to touch your bike, are you also giving permission for them to touch your wife? :icon_couchhide:

My wife is an ex-close protection officer attached to the Mayor's office..............
Believe me she'd hurt you a lot more than I would..............:)
