So far I've only uploaded to Facebook because it allows HD. Photobucket is no good and I have yet to delve into Youtube. If you know of any other site that will host HD for free, let me know. It's really nothing special. While I do exceed the speed limit, I'm no daredevil.

Well there is Vimeo but I'm not sure if you have to pay. I would just go with youtube because it's the most straight forward. You can also make the vids unlisted so only the people with the link can watch it. The quality on Vimeo seems to be higher but again, not sure if you have to pay.
