Not exactly laugh, but this definetely got a WHAAT out of me.

For those, whose finnish is a bit rusty it goes something like this:
Outrageous DUI, endangering of traffic safety, and traffic offense. These are the things a 15- year old boy is being accused of.
A 15-year old boy crashed into a stopped car with his light quadricycle/microcar (?) in Tapiola, Espoo at 21:15 Friday night.
The boy told the police that he had not seen the stopped car line but plowed full bore into the back of the last car of the line. The car that he hit jumped forward into the back of the next car. The driver of the car was mildly injured. The boy blew a reading of 1,3promille blood alcohol into the police`s breathalyser. (0,5 is the legal limit here for an 18yrs)
blablabla... Here`s the kicker, why I actually wrote this in the first place:
At the time of the accident, there were six passengers with the driver in the microcar.
`king braniacs... U can drive one of those things when u turn 15 and get an M-class (moped) license, which don`t even include a driving test. Just a brief written test. I`ve seen quite many of those things rolled up into a curb or some other obstacle, usually during winter when the * kids try to "drift" with them on ice. They`re not built to take that kind of beating and quite a few have had their wheels turned under them when the swingarms give in. Usually they are driven by some spoiled rich bich kids who don`t give a rat`s aers about them, daddy will get a new one.
They are still quite expensive round here. New one for about 10k+.
