Default No riding, Ice Age hits the UK!!

Well, it has turned kinda wintry here lately ..lol

I took this wee video on top of the Llangollen Horshoe Pass to show the snow we have now ... it was absolutely freezing but very beautiful :-)

It's where I normally park my bike to take pictures of the views and I use this whole area a lot in my riding videos too ... but just now it's like the arctic.

Wow, the pass really looks treacherous!! Don't you guys have snow plows over there?...lol.

It certainly is beautiful Jules. Makes me want grab my snowboard or a sled and hop on the first plane headed east.

We're damn cold in the South across the pond too, Jules! A record winter all around it seems, though we aren't quite to the point of needing salt and plows. lol

Quite the contrast between that white and the lush green in your summer/spring pics! It has it's own beauty though, even if it's not my cup of tea.

I took some pictures before my fingers snapped off ..lol

So when I get them off the camera I will compare them with the summer shots .. it will be like two different worlds ... I know I said on the video I was a wee bit chilly but my hands were in real physical pain from the cold ... it is very beautiful though and non of my pics or vids can ever do the place justice :-)

Heh, come on over here to Philly Juliet. Police have to block off streets for hours after after fires. The water from the fire dept turns the street into solid blocks of ice.

And there are 4'-6' tall ice blocks leftover from the snow that dropped on the 22nd of last month.
