Why do people say "no offence, but"or "no pun intended"then go on to bash you? When you know damn wellthey mean what there saying. That pisses me off! Why cant people just man up and actually say what they want? If you want to say something, just freakin' say it, quit beating around the bush or trying to make it politically correct!!!

People say it when they care enough. Like if I was talking to Nauree I would say what I was thinkin. Now If I was talkin to someone else I would use one of those phrases. bwahaha.
