No after christmas sales???

There no ads in today's paper and most the ads already out ended on the 23rd. Even their websites show the old ads.

Yeah! The HDTV I was going to buy went up $200. Screw that! Stuff is supposed to go on sale now.

Thats because everyone is giving out gift cards for christmas anymore. So the stores will hold prices until a majority of the cards are cashed in on the regular priced items.

What TV were you looking for? You should check out Amazon.com...usually they have TVs cheaper than the stores. The one I'm looking for is about $450 cheaper from Amazon. Plus most of their TVs include free in-house shipping and 18 months of no interest (on their store card).
