TO NJ BY BIKE OR BY PLANE?
Hey Boys and Girls. ON December 10 I'll be having my last final. I'm debating if i want to ride my bike all the way home in nj or just leave it here in daytona beach for the semester break. If I bring it back home i could work on it for the month that I'll staying there. When by work i mean a complete over hall; engine, transmission (yes second gear), carbs cleaning and other things. I really want to do bring it up, but taking a plane back is so much more convenient. I want to save money by doing it myself rather than bringing it into a shop in daytona. hmmm Oh yea i'll be going back to FL on January 7

riding it upi think you would most likely would be ok, but you would be taking a chance in january that it wont snow, or at the very least rain (rain+40degree weather+motorcycle=NO fun)
Granted ill be riding in the 30 degree or colderweather here in jersey in january, but probably only days when its sunny too

SOOOO WHERE DO YOU PUT THE SLED DOGS????? are you crazy or what you must be looking for disaster or something.
it is so not worth the risk just to stay for a month to do that work . leave it in FL and when you return do some work on
it where it's not snowing, a brisk ride is 1 thing but you will absolutly frezz your b@lls off (not fun!!!).
