Well, Its a birthday gift to me from me . After my 5 day hold, I picked it up this afternoon on my break. Got a pretty good deal on it too, at-least I think so. Went and shot it a little today. Responds nice, pretty accurate, no jams. I enjoy it so far. Be nice to have for trips too, its pretty compact and each to carry. No its not a 1911 or 24/7 but I really like it so far. Just thought I'd share.

Nice! I've wanted to get the XD40 for awhile now, but as always money is a problem.

 

Good work my friend, I've heard good things about the PT111, I just purchased the sub compact XD9 now I'm just waiting for it to come in. With the new President being so anti gun I decided to get the XD9 and they conceal and carry permit asap.

My friend has one and I loved his, so I purchased one too. I currently own S&W M&P 9mm and love it but the XD9 feels better in my hand compared to the S&W compact version. But I'll definitely keep you updated, I plan on putting some rounds down range as soon as I get it to make sure I pass the Conceal and Carry permit test.

I really like the XD (especially the M series) but I never have that much extra coin I feel comfortable pitching out......

I almost got a used Smith & Wesson SW9VE, but then I didnt. Didnt fit as good in the palm for me.

 

I bought it a year ago and still havent fired it. Does that make it a collectors item?
