New Sprockets and Chain, Feedback Much Appreciated
So last night when I was riding with my friends, at a gas stop they both told me I need to replace the chain on my bike ASAP. It was significantly tighter than both of their chains ('08 zx-10r and '05 600rr) and very dry. I didn't realize how dry it was until I compared it to their chains. It appears to have some rust forming as well.
How much is it gonna run me? They said they would guess ~$60 for OEM chain and sprockets, ~$150 for a race chain and sprockets, plus $60 for service at the local shop.
Then I found http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...1%7C240%3A1318 on Ebay.
It seems like a good deal, can I just get that and take it to the shop? I don't have the tools to do it myself.
Thanks in advance!

You only need to change your chain if it's stretched out all the way. There's a little marker on your swingarm. You might just have it poorly adjusted if it's too tight.
But otherwise all you really need to do, is some basic chain matienance. There is a few good vids on you tube, with how too's.
If you get oil, make sure it says it's for O rings, wax is better IMHO, I find if you put too much oil on, your gonna spend all night cleaning it off your wheel and tire
