New Need for Speed game...weird website
 

I'd been a fan for a while, but recently it's just been so lame I don't even rent them any more.

However, the trailer just got leaked for the new game and I have to admit I'm intrigued!

During the trailer, it shows the website for the game to be http://www.whichroadtotake.com/

Check out the game's site, it's a little disturbing. It's one of those puzzle sites where you have to figure a way out to make things happen without it being even remotely obvious. I got nothing.

i agree that NFS has gone down hill lately, i havent played the last 2-3 games either. The trailer does look interesting though, probably a rental at worst for me

I hated NFS when they started going to all tuned piles of crap and no longer had natural aspired cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, etc. Nothing like out running the cops with an F50! NFS Hot Pursuit 1 & 2 were tits.

Yeah! I'm not going to lie, that was almost more fun then running from the cops. Setting up spike strips and blocking the road was a blast. Oh and I didn't mean to offend any people that fit into the "tuner" crowd. By piles of crap I mean the Civics with lights added for 10hp, decals for 5hp, NAWZ, and so on. I love the sound of a boxer or Evo!

NFS:HP2 was possibly the greatest game of the series... I still play it (well, I did until my dvd reader in my xbox died on me last week... now I play no games:( )... Most Wanted wasnt too bad either... the chases in it were extremely fun (too bad my disc got scratched).

cliffs: broken xbox ftl. Not having enough money for an xbox360 or ps3 also ftl.

haha that took some time but it turned out pretty good! Have you ever played Forza 2? The crazy cars people make on there are works of art.

yeah, they don't make very many good car games anymore.All of them now are unrealistic flying through the air shooting guns and dorky boost..... I hate em. If your car fly's through the air for 200 feet.... I want that sumbitch to be busted in half.....lol.

I still like the realism of Gran tursimo.. Probably one of my favorites.. except for the lack of burnout marks and damage oncars.... it was the shiznit.

I want a car game that is very realistic with damage, burnout marks, open county, ( no more barries keeping you on the road), realistic engine sounds, actual speed of the cars.... ect. basically what need for speed was when it started out on a PC. They had the right idea then.

I like the story line idea of a young person starting out witha pile of crap street racing to get the money to start racing legit. Collecting sponsors and getting faster and faster cars.

oh yeah, check out tourist trophy for the PS2.. not great graphics, but nice game play and you can get damn near any bike ever made to race.

So has anyone messed around on that website yet? It just shows an interrogation and whenever you click on different stuff in the room different things happen. It just cracked me up when I clicked on the chess board on the shelf and they stopped yelling at each other and just played a game of chess.

I stopped playing Need for speed after Carbon. The drifting of NFS Carbon really sucked. For me NFS Underground 1 was the best, its where they actually focused more on the racing than on the graphics. I started playing Toca Race Driver 3 and Im loving that to bits. Havent checked out Race Driver Grid yet but it looks really cool.
