First off...that lady needed to be charged on something. Considering the relationship that that particular family had with the Meiers, there should have been some sort of red flag go up to say, hey you know what, maybe we shouldn`t screw with this kids head.
Unfortunately, the laws in which she is being charged has nasty ramifications to all people and as usual is not well thought out. The thing about the internet is that it offers anonymity. I guess there are now going to be a ton of charges to all those married men trying to cheat on their wives on the dating sites.
