Hmm, this brings a question. The bike does look good, as I even thought of looking at one before buying my Honda. When I mentioned it to a fellow rider, he told me, hell no, they are garbage. Of course that was his opinion. Please dont take this the wrong way crash, butIf this bike is so good? Why dont we hear about TRIUMPH in the same sentences as Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha, and even Ducati? Is this like comparing a Hyundai or a Kia to a Honda or Nissan?

He picked up the bike new for $7800 OTD outta state. He still needs to pay taxes on it so that will be another $500 or so I'd figure.

No offense taken doog. The Truimph Daytona 675 is still in its earlier stages and they are consistently improving it. Being that its a 3 cyclinder, it doesn't have the top-end that we get from our inline 4s, so a lot of track goer frown upon. They have to shift more and catch the limiter quickier out of the turns. But its not a bike to overlook when comparing the 4 600s

Here's an article that can explain it alot better then I:

I'll pass on all the nice compliments to the bro guys. He is still smiling ear to ear from riding it for a couple hours today. Definately, a great improvement for him. Can't wait til he breaks it in and gets the first service taken care of.
