Default New Bike

But not for me. I finally was able to convience my brother to buy a bike. So we went out looking today and came across a 04 Yamaha R6 with 6k miles for $4200 bucks. The thing that I was most amazed at was how smooth it shifted. My F4i is very clunky/notchy. That bike is so seamless. I am just happy to have a riding buddy. Can't wait until good weather gets here.

yeah, Yamaha does make a very smooth shifting transmission. They almost feel cushioned, where Honda's just sort of clunk into gear. Even just lettting off and gettting back on the throttle there is almost no clunk at all.

The R6 is a great bike. He should be very happy with it.
