In a case like this, I always go with "C" or "all the above" if available. Oh, crap- this isn't multiple choice?!

By the way, the metric system is dumb, I think that it is an abomination that our young engineering minds are being polluted with that socialist measurement system.

Theres friction but its negiable. Its basicly saying the turn was build for a car to go around at 15m/s without sliding if the road was made out of ice and the tires were coated in KY Lube.
