Regen... I know you had one on the nose of your yellow/black f4i and

Ironhead has on on his 954.... is there a specific place i could pick one of these up?

if not i may have to pick up some white vinyl in the future and make one myself (btw i ripped off the mirrors bc i was tired of hittin my hands on them and im in the process of making some aluminum mounts)

 

btw didnt really know if there was a specific section this could really go in so i just stuck it here

 

that's all i did.

tapeworks does have an application for your model - although imo it doesn't particularly look "number-platish", just like a two-tone color scheme or striping. that's why i made my own instead of using the available designs - i think the asymmetry makes it better hint at the race look.

 

hey thanks regen.... yea for that price ill prolly pick up some matte white vinyl (in the future) from metrorestyling for 6 bucks (ive had really good luck with their vinyl) and make my own to replace the existing black plate as well as cover part of the top fairing very similar to the one on the 954

 

i just cant decide if 3 colors for a bike is too much or not

i typically like to stick to 2 color designs

 

since one of them is black, it really doesn't give it such a complex color combination. a good dose of black with one primary color + accent color(s) or two contrasting colors is a fairly common design approach.

 

so in othewords the polish/white/black (which are more of shades) are fine since the bike is just yellow.... just as long as i dont try to add another primary color? correct?

 

yeah, maybe throw some pink on there -- to match your helmet.

 

lol im prolly going to repaint my helmet itll be easier than selling it to get a new one....

my colors gotta coordinate haha and it doesnt match this bike
