my brain has been burnt out for today. will the bike run at all with a fried RR?

Try pop starting it. Find a level(its better if its down hill) street. Put it in first gear and hold the clutch in. Start running as fast as you can and then hop on the bike and let the clutch out fast while giving it some gas. It should start and let you get it home. If this doesnt work i have NO IDEA what the issue is.

Yep just like losing the alternator in your car. It'll run until the battery gets too weak to keep the spark going.

You guys are awesome haha. Well the fuse is good, but nothing will go on, not even the lights EVEN when hooked up to another battery. this problem seems like something got unplugged. My brain is doing this: 
just trying to think of what it could be.
I have wires that connect to the gauges that I have to install and they're kind of exposed (cut, but not stripped) could water touching those have shorted it all? All fuses are good keep in mind.
