Id nominate Joey954 and his 193 MPH 954... which he had on video... that he promised to send... so somebody could post... then he lost the tape... then he admitted it never happened at all

EDIT: I also remember why he quit posting... he made up a story that his friend died so that's why he was away for so long...said there was an article about it... couldn't find the article... then he admitted it never happened at all
