My New Toy: Pictures - Not for 56k
Still haven't gotten a clear day to get out and take good pics but I managed to snap a few in the garage and alley. Bikes need a wash and the day was overcast but they turned out ok.
My new toy:
Family Portrait:
There's 10k on the odometer and she runs like a raped ape.
Mods on the 1kRR so far: (came with the bike)
Jardine cf dual outlet pipe
Jardine fender eliminator
PCIII USB
LED flush mounts up front
LED integrated taillight
Renthal sprockets
Chrome bar ends
Mods planned for this winter:
Frame sliders
Aftermarket windshield
New grips
Rimstripes or polishing the lips (haven't decided yet)
Tank pad
Tank grips
LED mod for the pass. pegs
Anodizing the swingarm, heel guards, front and rear pegs black.
Plasticoting the levers, or replacing with black.
Whatever else I can come up with.
There might be more done to the bike, I'll be giving it an overhaul later this week, full tuneup and whatnot, will know more then.
Can say one thing for sure, I love this bike. I think I'll keep this one for a while, everytime I go out the garage I just grin.

Thanks, loving the bike, it's everything I wished every other bike I've ever owned was. Zero complaints and a big $hit eating grin is about the norm for me now. Only one problem I've discovered, the bikes so good looking it's making me look bad! Lol. I didn't think I was a bad looking guy to be honest, but riding that bike makes me feel a little like Quasimodo driving a Lamborghini, heh. Even so, wouldn't trade it for the world, I know the 08+'s may have the edge in overall performance but I just can't get over how good the 06-07's look and while riding this I can honestly say it's more than fast enough for me, it's a beast.
