So sorry to hear of your loss. I went thru this 10 months ago, and i wont lie to you, it really hurts for a while. Just be strong, surround yourself with good people and your other friends, and as a lot of people here helped me with, dont be afraid to grieve. Come here anytime and speak your mind, or vent, or whatever helps you out. Best of wishes and prayers with you.

All I can say really is after my dad passed away and some time had passed, I'd notice I'd get a really comforting feeling when I got out riding, as if he was either right there with me or maybe I was riding for him.
(He was an avid rider ever since I can remember)

Anyhow, stay strong.
