Are you a foot dragger ??
Ok , we all have seen them and some of us may actually be one of them ??
Those sort of riders that take off from a standing start and drag one or BOTH! feet seemingly half way to there destination!! ..LOL
AND the guys that when pulling up at intersections and lights ect , that whack both feet out like bloody parachutes to stop ....
and what about the guys that when idling through traffic between cars , have both feet way out while moving , sorrta like trainer wheels ..?
For me ,I have what some may call bad habits ... its rip both feet straight up as soon as the clutch has taken up , even if it means a little wobble to get going ..
and when stopping , I will not put a foot down off the pegs, even if I look like om slalom skiing ...LOL until the bike has stopped..
I also have this habit, where if I am just slowing at lights , I will try to balance for as long as I can , again even if it means I take a few extra feet of road up wobbling to stay upright ...
(a habit that has hung over from push bike when I was real young )
This habit sometimes near brings me NEAR un stuck , especially if Kerri has a wiggle around on the back while I am tight rope walking my CBR.. !!! she acts like a gyroscope and tend to pull the bike all over the bloody place if she is getting comfy ...."ok a small gyroscope" ...opps , I forgot shes reading here too...
I have near gone over quite a few times doing this , but I just keep doing it ... old bad habits tend to die hard...
Be honest .. .no "serious" chit hanging allowed so you are safe here to TELL the TRUTH ... LOL

That's no good. You are showing our age now. A little wobble?? here & there especially with Kerry. The mind boggles lol. I do tend to find if I haven't been riding for a while the age set's in & my balance is a little bit off but dragging feet after taking off . I love watching some of the scooter riders & giving them a hard time about their bad habbits though.

Age ?? ...hmm?? what friggin age .. ....on the CBR om only as old as the tank of fuel om carrying
BTW - Kerri is sitting at her PC here too and says that she wants your address Steve ... sumthin about a mail bomb ..LOL
Those scooter guys crack me up too... with the leg style trainer wheels hangin down everywhere , they seem to think that it is not necessary to pull them up, a bit like a passenger plane,... till way !! after take off ... LOL

My other bad habit is not putting my feet down at all when I come up to stop signs. I look while I'm coming to the stop, and then stop for a split second, and take off without putting my feet down.
When I was younger (dirtbikes, mountainbikes, bmx, etc.) me and my friends would compete to see who could stay up the longest. (trackstanding).
I guess it is carryover from that. Never really thought about it.

I ride EXACTLY like you do steve.
and yer , the stopping and balancing is a hangover from the younger years on anything with two wheels ...
If I am solo , I will balance as long as possible then go too ....but with Kerri , re arranging the furniture on the back , that can be risky ..lol
(sometimes if I am feeling good a few seconds balancing is not unusual)

Yep, it's definitely harder on a big motorcycle, though. It takes some practice. You can't turn the wheel like you can on a pedalbike.
I wouldn't even try it with a passenger... they never sit still...lol..
When traffic is backed up at a stop sign, I like to make a game of it... trying not to put my feet down at all. You have to time it right, and move only while the next person is pulling away. It's fun.. but maybe I'm just easily amused with myself...lol..

Dunno if yu being serious? , but in my case its where the front wheel has to be turned left and right at real real low speed or near stopped to maintain balance .... and yer , again its usually because of me misses moving ever so slightly ...
Nar ...chit I do that all the time ... I recon most riders do it to some degree .... may be we are just a little more amused by it as you put it Dylan , by trying to stay upright for as long as we can mate ...
