In the video on the link posted above it said that it fills up with a c02 after the rip cord has been seperated from the bike (like jet ski keys) and it cost just under $500.... id say it works pretty good considering the guy flew and slid over 100yds and the only thing he got was a broken thumb

it says in the movie that it costs just under 500 dollars and it protects the entire upper torso also.
that seems like a kick *** idea.

I saw this about a year ago, not sure if it was the same brand or not,b ut they worked the same way with a c02 cartridge and a rip cord.

$395 less than some leather jackets why dont I ever thing of anything like this? Maybe a helmet that has get surrounded by sock-em-boppers right before impact! Who knows.

I could just see myself forgetting to detach the rip cord, and when I go to get off my bike POOF! I'm the damned Michelin man.

i wonder if wearing a suit made entirely out of marshmellows has the same effect? plus! if you get hungry whilst riding, take a chomp out of your arm and youre good to go!
