Default MotorcyclebatteriesUSA info needed

I ordered a battery for my bike last wednesday. Thursday evening I contacted them through their contact page asking when my battery was expected to ship. I still have not heard back and all attempts at calling them have failed. They give the option of leaving a message, but when it comes time, it appears that either the box is full, or they disabled the feature.

If anyone has info, please let me know as I need a new battery and I'm thinking about trying to buy local or order from somewhere else and dispute the charge on my card.

the web site looks legit and they carry an ocrange county, ca phone number, however, i am always cautious of ordering from a website that does not have a B&M address listed.

Thanks for tracking that down. I found a post from 2005 on another site that makes me think again, but there really isn't much out there. I'll probably dispute the charges/ file a complaint tomorrow. I ordered a Yuasa GSM battery through them, but found a battery local at a supplier for $30 ($60 at the parts store) that you add the electrolyte and then seal and charge the battery. You never need to add water or check the cells after that and even then you only need to give an initial charge for a few hours. I guess we'll see what happens.

This has been moved down, but I wanted to place in writing that the battery arrived about 15 minutes ago. It is as advertised and it was made 5/07. According to the voltage it is 12.6 which Yuasa instructions say is about a 75% charge. I have it on the slow charger now and will try it out later.

I never got any response from MBUSA, so i probably wouldn't order from them again. Did get my product though.
