Motorcycle Dolly

My husband and I put together this motorcycle dolly, a few days ago.

I would prefer to go down our driveway front first because it is very steep. (So steep that if I rest the bike on its kickstand, it will start sliding backwards and if I stop midway, I can't get enough traction to pull into the garage... the back tire just spins. I have to make my attempt from the bottom. It's quite scary.) Also, the dolly makes it easy to move the bike to the side when working on a project in the garage. The silver (rounded) triangular pieces at the end have dual function as ramps and brakes.

I think I'm really going to enjoy this. :)

Are you using that to spin the bike around in the garage? I've been thinkin about buying a similar product partly for the same reasons, spin around and move to the side. Our drive ramp isn't so steep but it is quite narrow so it's somewhat unnerving to back the bike down to the road with the wide bars, bar end mirrors and the crash cage, along a narrow path between two cars. One slip up and I dent at least one of the doors.

Yes, I did get it to turn the bike around in the garage. :) It's not hard to move with 600-some pounds on it. I hear ya.. we just have a 1 car garage, a very steep driveway and front yard, and there's no parking on the street here. People fly down this street. I think I can avoid a lot of trouble just getting it turned around in the garage.
