I like the black. Mainly because I have never been a fan of chrome on a sport bike and I am not sure if that carbon would look too cheesy. I have actually looked at the same mirrors a couple of times on ebay. Just my $0.02...
Agree, but the black is too square for me. But if I had to pick one, the black ones would be it.

I think the black ones look good unless you have some chrome or carbon fiber already on the bike.

I like stream line and simple, so I have to go with the black ones! Chrome looks to flashy and the C fiber will only look good if you already have C fiber parts on your bike. Have you ever looked into the mirrors with the signals on them.
