I'll be riding down for sure, leaving from Akron, Ohio sometime on Friday. I'm not sure if we are going to camp or trying to score a hotel (getting camping gear down there could bea challenge) This would be my first time at mid-ohio and it would be cool to meet up with you fine young lads. It sounds like camping would be a blast, maybe I could pick up a $15 tent from wal-mart or something when I get down there. haha.

I've never been down there for anything and have no idea what to expect. Every year I want to see the LeMans Series and always forget or have other plans. This year I'd like to see the superbike races as well. It's only an hour fromme, so no big deal driving, but to do it every day would suck.

Anyway, how does the camping work? Is it like a wide open field, or are there at least trees and other campground type crap? Do people only have RVs or are there tents?

I'm sure it's busier on weekends, but what is the crowd like each day?

So many questions to ask...

 

We'll be riding down Saturday morning from up north by Akron, and staying for both Saturday and Sunday... We'll be camping out there, but I guess it's first come first serve, so I hope there's a spot left for us Saturday AM... Hope to see you all there, and if anyone's meeting up somewhere at a certain time let us know and we'll try to meet up there too...
