is it bad that i stopped watching when i saw he was wearing a harness? made it less impressive.

 

That as exactly what I was thinking...though he said he didn't use it...makes it a differen ball game.

Like free solo...Alex Hannold...no ropes, hardness ....climb half dome in 3 hr 20 min...

Now that's a different game...

Eventhough nick high wire thru the Niagra Fall...having a harness is same thing as having a safety net...blows...nothing impressive about that...they make it more bigger than what it is...

 

According to the news report in NZ the safety shackle was a demand by the TV network filming.

Apparently people falling to their death on live TV doesn't make for good ratings.
