Life in prison with chance of parole when he's old and decrepit sounds fair to me. This case is so much more than just killing a motorcyclist. He's shown a complete lack of responsibility as a human in general. He doesn't care about himself, he doesn't care about his family, and he doesn't care about others. Keep him behind bars where he can't hurt any of them.

Also, WTF was up with his bail being lowered all the time? He bails out, gets arrested again, bail is lowered, bails out, gets arrested again. You'd think they would learn he'd just get arrested again. Scary thing is, maybe they were counting on that for more bail money.

Death penalty. He's proven himself to be a significant danger to society so long as he breathes.

Gene pool and society would be safer with him permanently removed from both

I agree with you guys on everything. 44 years is simply not enough for this *******. Quoting a Detective in my criminology class about a menace to society "clearly this person should be the subject of a police shooting"

Why not stand him out in the street and run him over with a car. Sounds fair to me

I agree with KdubyaH. Im sure the motorcyclists family would jump at the oppurtunity.

I say he got off easy. He shows a major lack of concern for the publics well being. I think repeat offenders who cant keep their nose clean need to be dealt with once and for all. No more of this 44 years of food, shelter, clothing and recreation all while our tax money pays for it. Its disgusting. I say send him to the firing squad and be done with it.

The thought that disturbs me is thinking that the majority of those 44 years is for the crap he pulled besides killing the rider. Like they'd have offered him 10 years probation if he had simply hit the guy while driving drunk despite his past history
