Man Fakes Retardation....for 20 years!
That reminds me of that show "Just Shoot Me" where one of the character's brother pretended to be retarded so he didn't have to leave home, or pay rent, or anything. I view this waste of money the same way I view generations of people on welfare. I wonder what the interest is on $110,000 over twenty years...
I worked on an Asphalt Paving Crew for many many years - I think I could honestly be considered retarded for putting all that crappy stuff in my lungs. I mean who else works in 100+ degree temps all day for a measly $15 an hr?

I work for a rental chain, and we make fun of you boys (more state that city, though)...one guy to lean on the shovel, while one guy makes the tea, while one guy supervises, while one guy anticipates break, then one guy to run the backhoe...you know where I'm going with this, eh?

I know thats wrong and everything, buts really sad if he actually was retarded and only received a total of $110,000 over 20 years. Thats $5,500 a year, now who the hell can live off of that little of money. Yeah that money comes from us but how much is the goverment pocketing before it gets to the actual person that needs it.
Everyone is a little bit retarded... some more then others... I remember that one licensed begger who pretended to be a church father in a major city (I think Chicago...). He was making like 60k a year in just asking for donations and still lived on the streets. If I could do a job that I didn't have to do any work, live onto almost nothing and get to keep almost 90% of the money after expenses... I'd do it. ****, I'd 'work' for 30k a year
