I bought the new EXO 500 helmet. its not bad but i normally wear a small in every brand of helemet. I bought a medium because of the cheek bladders. well when i first tried it on it was a little snug but i figured it would break in. i love all the features but when i got home i jumped on the bike to try it out. i went about 15-20 miles. i hate this son of a bitch. it was like wearing a parachute on my head. well i bought saturday right before the place closed. tuesday came around i took the helmet back. this guy tells me they cant take it back because its a used helemt now, its been over 24 hours, you can only return the helmet if its been less then 24 hours. well its not my fault the place is closed on sunday and monday. so after he sees im pissed he offers me a free shield of my choice. so i guess i going to get the shield and sell it, and make a little bit of money. always some bs, i use to only wanted to deal with a real person, where i could walk in and buy something, but anymore you get better service buying stuff online

Where did you buy it? If it's cycle gear they have a 100% satisfaction thinggiy if you bitch enough the'll fix it.
