But I didn't really want the money haha.

So earlier today I headed out of town to visit my mom at her work. I talked for a while and headed back into town. On the way out of town I had seen traffic backed up like a mile and it takes awhile to move so I had planned to go around it on other roads (being local has its perks!).

So on my way back I saw two motorcycles stopped on the side of the road. I stopped and asked if they were okay, and why they were stopped. They said they were looking for a hotel so I said I can show them where it is because I knew where it was.

So I took them around the traffic and up to the hotel I thought it was...but they were french Canadian and...I didn't get the hotel name right the first time, whoops! So we back tracked 3-4 minutes and then I showed them where it was.

They wouldn't let me leave without taking the $10 but anyways I felt good about helping another biker or two

Kudos to you for helping! You certainly did your good deed for the day! Sometimes its the simplest of things that mean so much to others. They def sound like the types that will pay it forward as well.

 

awesome JOB, usually the first time i say no thank you, but after if they insist ! i just take it . some time people feel more welcome when they have been offer help and are able to turn the favor by giving a little tip..

 

I sent gotcbr a few pictures of my bike yesterday. It was the first time I was asked if I would send some pictures of my bike so I felt all warm and fuzzy inside.
good job in giving us riders a good name...
