Let's fire up the R1!!

My Sony R1 camera that is ..lol

I haven't had it out a while due to it's size but it was sunny and the
foxgloves were looking lovely :-)

I just love how this lens and sensor can just keep pulling in the resolution.....

thank you Steve, oh yes I love my photogrpahy but I am still not using a DSLR!!

These shots are hand held with a fixed lens digicam :-)

The lens itself though is a Carl Zeiss and it's the better Sonnar lens....

Sweet!! :-)

What camera are you using then??

I have about ten years research ahead of me yet before I decide on a decent DSLR,
then they will have moved on so much I will have to start again ..lol

Jules (not impulsive)

Its a only a Cannon , the model one short of a full DSLR
Relatively low cost and great at the tricky stuff Jules

12 X Zoom on the lens and 4 X digital = 48X total...

Here is my camera... took some really nice blurry shots of Obama when he was speaking at my school. I was also able to get a nice (blurry) shot of Kennedy too. Wish I could get a camera that took clear pictures :( .
