Don't think most cops know bikes have to be inspected. Nevermind knowing where to look for the inspection sticker if it isn't on a plate attached to a running board

sounds like you need to break him of the paper shredding! spanking them with a newspaper always worked well with our dogs. a few decent wacks a few times usually set em straight. I never had to really whack em with it bc they were young enough it frieghtened them. idk. hope you get it figured out tho!
