Default Its just not in the Cards

So recently I have fallen on hard times, and now my parents have given me their one horse that they can no longer afford. So needless to say, I'm taking care of a horse instead of saving for my bike like I want. I will still be able to save money, just not as much as I was hoping to save... This spring/summer is going to kill me because I finally have weekends off and I won't be able to ride on the beautiful days that are coming up. so please keep me posted so that I can at least live vicariously good luck this year everyone!

Won't you be too busy riding the horse to worry about not being able to ride a bike?

My ex had one and the constant upkeep/time and money you will drop for this horse is not worth it IMO

Trust me. If buy a bike you wont be disappointed.

That's like asking someone to sell their dog to keep their bike. While I'd miss the bike, I don't think I could bring myself to get rid of my pet for it.

I hope you have fun with the horse! I prefer mechanical horses for their reliability and relatively lower costs, but real horses can be pretty cool, too.

Its all her decision I'm just giving my opinion. Been around horse's, rode them, and taken care of them and If I had to pick between a horse and my ride, the bike would win hands down. If you view it as a pet I could see the dilemma but comparing a horse to a dog is unfair. I love my dog and wouldn't think of selling her but she doesn't cost me 1/10 of what it would to properly care for a horse.
