I actually read this in a magazine a week or two ago too....same %age too. As nice as that number is, it does seem kinda high. Oh well...sometimes its nice to be lied too lol.

 

I don't think that number seems high. It includes them recieving! I don't know a whole lot of chicks that don't like that.

 

I'll bet if you broke it down it would be 70% likereceiving and 5% giving. My wife hasn't done that in forever, but she sure as hell liked to get it.

^^^^ Werd. Hell, back when we were dating, I had to convince my wife (then girlfiriend) to let me, she didn't want to let me do it. Now she doesn't do it because she doesn't want to feel like she has to reciprocate. Then again, we haven't done anything in quite some time and have been going to a marriage counselor.

 

Off topic, but i'm glad to hear that you are getting professional help. My ex and i never had sexual issues, but we had boredom and conflict issues that we ignored until it was too late and i was heavily involved in a secret 'fun' life of gambling and drinking... We've split, and even though i've since conquered those addictions,i do believe that if we had taken the time to talk things out and seek help it could have all been avoided and made out marriage stronger.

I hate to continue steering this thread off topic, but my wife has had an issue with lack of sexual desire for quite some time. I'm afraid that even after we get most aspects of our marriage taken care of (the fact that she claims that she doesn't love me anymore, at leat not romantically which is the big issue before the sex issue) and better, that the sexual part still won't be there. It's rough for me because I'm a typical guy with typical sex drive. I wouldn't be able to stand to live in a sexless marriage for a long period of time. Before our current problems, we were doing it enough to just baaaaarely keep me happy. With our current issues, it's been non-existant. It's even had thoughts of infidelity running through my mind, which I don't want. But, a man can only go so long before he either wants to end the marriage or goes outside the marriage. I don't want either to happen, but you never know what someone's breaking point of willpower is.
