Id get the Yamaha if you're going to do a lot of track days and not so much street riding and the the Ninja if you are going to be mostly on the street and do no, or only a few track days.

The reason being is that in all of the 600 shoot-outs, they said that the Yamaha was a real screamer in that you had to keep it at 9k riding around town to feel like you had ample power to move through traffic as opposed to the other 600's where they could be ridden normally (5-6k). But they all said that on the track, the r6 was much better. It felt like an actual race bike.

yup exactly what I heard. heard the zx6r bombed in the comparisons. but since I do not track, I'm going with her. plus, she isn't in canada... :P

Haha right ^^ I hate those angles. Cant even see the bike!!

Grats on Kaw though. Always wanted a Zx6. Always loved Kaws too.

i hate the angles too. so sorry.

my previous bike was the 2006 636. i loved that bike. I think that bike was lighter and just as fast as this 08 (if not faster). but I chose the 08 because i like the fairing design better, obnoxious color, and feels more tucked in when I ride.
