dam jules? u can afford an arai? balla status
I just checked the actual name is an Arai Astro R ... I got it last year for £250 reduced from about £380 ... I think simply because it was the previous year's colour scheme, like I care about having last year's colours!! ..lol

Hey all, I dont know if the same thing happens to you but when I ride my bike anywhere, I have to keep gazing in my mirrors cuz I keep on hearing sirens as if the popo is chasing me or something. Im not speeding at all and the wind in my helmet is fine.

Hmmmm....
lol when people expericne paranoid hallucinations, doctors usually call that schizophrenia. But really i often get the feeling that i have a cop behind me too and check often, i usually feel that way though because i dont usually use turn signals, just hand signals, and often times am speeding a little excessively and my helmet is very noisy from wind so if there were sirens i could not hear them and that makes me paranoid sometimes. Thats the great thing about getting out of the city to ride.

Sorry to hear that Nauree, most people get it through over exposure to loud sounds over a long period of time and it can be quite stressful psychologically ... you may deal better because you have never known any different plus there are varying degress of it from slight to catastrophic .. certainly in the case of nosiy helmets used over aperiod of time wind roar can damage hearing and lead to tinnitus ...
