I saw a guy riding with handicap sign
I came up to a big guy riding R6 and we stop at the stop light. As I watched him from behind, I noticed he is carrying the blue handicap sign in his backpack. It is showing through his mesh compartment which suggest easy in and out from his backpack. So he has the handicap permit assigned to his R6. How can that be possible?

you can get handicap signs for tons of stuff. My friend had one for months after he tore a muscle in his groin, my other friend had surgery on his acl and he had a handicap sign for like a year even though he could walk and stuff. It was probably something like that. dont forget that video of that guy that rides with one arm and one leg. I think he deserves a handicapped sign

Permanent in a way that you get to renew every year, i think. My friend has blue one and she just have to send in the renewal form every year. She gets it for per arthritis, but if you see her, she seems perfectly fine. My other friend had red one which was only good for 3 months or so, not exactly sure how long, but I think that was for injury and was not renewable, from what I remember.
Where I live, it's hard to find open handicap stall though. They are all taken.
Also my friend told me she can park her car in the meter stall and not pay for it because of the permit.
