Not sure, but I think they can pull you over if it is not a street legal motor vehicle and you're riding it in the street.

Also did you know you can get a DUI on a bicycle, a horse, a riding lawnmower or any other type of "vehicle" if you drive/ride it on a public roadway while intoxicated?

You can get a DUI if you are riding your mower drunk in your front yard. Infact if you just have a key in your car in your driveway and you are drunk you can get a DUI. Lot's of people who went to a bars/parties but didn't want to drive home have gotten DUIs from turning their car on to stay warm. Even if it's on Private Property.

BS I think. If you are on your property I don't care if you are doped up on smack and pulling donuts with your Ferrari. Your property and your choice what to do with it.

On a side note I do disagree with DUI laws. I think testing for it violates the 5th ammendment and that you shouldn't get into trouble for something in your body. Now if someone is drunk and weaving around the road yeah get them some form of Wreckless driving along with other charges to up the fine. But not if someone has alcohol in their system and is doing great.

^^
It wil if you get smashed, and then ride them on the street [8D]LOL[8D]
Your health insurrance that is...

Asmittie:
I've seen too many people die from alcohol related vehicle accidents to be able to agree with you in good conciense...

Problem with alchohol is that it affects your judgement LONG before it starts affecting your motor skills. So even if people are doing "great" while driving under the influence, they are a LOT more likely to do something stupid that will end up hurting someone.
