Default I am a freaking Maestro

Just made my self a huge pot of chili from scratch and it is delicious, just the right amount of hot, 3 different kinds of beans, onions, fresh garlic cloves, red and yellow peppers, jalapenos. should feed me for week solid and i only spent 20 bucks at the store including the 18 pack of beer (i admit i cheated a little and stole a few ingredients from my moms plus I already have a loaded spice cabinet.

top it off with an ice house (this stuff is awesome, cheaper that budwieser and 5.5%)

good end to what i thought was going to be a lame night.

if anyone wants the recipe let me know, i am not one of those ***** that hoards their knowledge.

Ice House, G?!? That is just plain GHETTO. I think some different kinds of carne would be good in what sounds like a great recipe. A little sausage orsteak...both? Mmmmmmm...

yeh Ice House is a bit ghetto, but i am pretty poor right now and can't stand super light beers like natty. new castle is good, I like all kinds of beers from pale ales to wheats to stouts.

Sorry I don't think i will be shipping any of this out, i am going to be living of it for a few days and i owe my roommate some for eating his food.

Its a pretty thick chili, i don't put to much sauce in it and i use corn flower or mesa to thicken it up a bit.

and the mess i made of my kitchen.
